PREVENT
TTR Substations has been trained in the PLH Group safety program called PREVENT. This program is a collection of tools designed to integrate safe work practices into every step of the task.
This proprietary PLH Group program puts visual and practical teaching tools into the hands of every employee companywide using the latest technology, a link to a short video that can be viewed by personnel anywhere, at any time.
The program utilizes elements of behavioral and performance based systems which encourages a questioning attitude and allows the employees to provide functional solutions to situations encountered during task execution.

The PREVENT System is presented to all personnel at new employee orientation and at various times throughout their career at TTR Substations. Whether a refresher course is needed or on the spot training for new employees, PREVENT is an excellent companywide safety tool.
